Testimony/Praise Reports
Praise reports of God's Work in your life!
We give thanks unto the Lord our God
who is worthy of all praise, glory
and honor.
Dont forget to pray for our sick
and shut-in. And if you don't see your brother
or sister in church reach out to them and
just let them know that you were thinking
about them and that you love them.
A kind word and a heartfelt deed goes
a long way and can brighten someones day.
These are shared praise
reports and testimonies of what the Lord is doing
in the lives of His people. We rejoice with those
who have testimonies of God's intervention in
their lives or in the lives of their family members.
We give thanks in advance for the blessing that
comes to others through the sharing
of these testimonies.
God Heals a Woman from Cancer!
Our God is an awesome God, and our living
testimonies are proof of that.
A woman and her husband came to
New Bethel Community at the prompting of
a friend and co-worker. The woman began to
share her story saying that she was diagnosed
with throat cancer, the doctor's report was
that this illness was fatal. According to
doctor's she had only a short time left to live.
At the leading of the Holy spirit, Pastor Teague
began to pray for all those that had sickness
and ailments; prompting them to come to the altar.
When the woman came forward to recieve prayer,
she said, "I felt something just move over me...
I felt it in my throat." Not entirely certain,
the woman continued to swallow, she recounts,
"I hadn't been able to swallow, it hurt when
I did it before. When I got home, I drank water,
and there was no pain!"
Believing in faith that God would heal her,
the woman went back to the doctor's office to
take another test. Finally, after waiting and
believing God, the doctor informed the woman,
"It took me so long to get back to you,
" he said, "Because I have talked
with other doctors about your test results,
I just can't explain it, but...there is no cancer!"
